All that goes into our sausages is pork shoulder and a choice of flavours. We serve the following flavours:

Plain – A lightly seasons pork sausage.

Tomato and basil – Our pork sausage with a hint of tomato and the herb basil, great for breakfast or the BBQ.

Old English – A light herby flavour with a hint of pepper.

Cumberland – a herby flavour with a nice peppery hit.

At the moment our sausages are available fresh on a Pork and Lamb weekend and then frozen on a beef weekend.
