At Wards of Troway we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality locally sourced produce. For 25 years we have reared Beef and Lamb on our Moss Valley farm based in the beautiful county of Derbyshire. Up until recently we did this every 6 to 8 weeks to complement our compact family business and allow us to run our Café and Bistro every Friday to Sunday.
Since COVID-19 we have had to close our Café, to help our customers we have been providing fresh produce every weekend. We currently stock fresh beef one weekend and lamb and pork on the alternate weekend. Anything we do not sell on a fresh weekend will be available fresh frozen on the next weekend.
